By accessing or using MeetMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
MeetMind is an AI-powered meeting assistant that allows you to record, upload, transcribe, and summarize meetings. The service includes audio processing, AI-generated transcripts, summaries, action items, and export functionality.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use MeetMind. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Free Tier and Limits
The free tier includes up to 5 meetings per month with a maximum recording duration of 60 minutes per meeting. Usage limits reset on the 1st of each month. We reserve the right to modify these limits with notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You must have the consent of all participants before recording a meeting. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using MeetMind, including audio files, transcripts, and summaries. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your content solely to provide and improve the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
MeetMind is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in transcripts or summaries generated by AI. The service depends on third-party providers and may experience downtime or errors.
